How fast will I get my order?
Most standard products (business cards, stickers, labels, flyers) are ready in 1–3 business days. Custom packaging and large-format jobs may take longer — you'll see the estimated turnaround before checkout.
Do you offer local pickup in the GTA?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our Vaughan location for free, or choose shipping at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free across Canada.
What file format should I upload?
Print-ready PDF is best, but we also accept AI, PNG, and JPG (300 DPI recommended). Not sure your file is print-ready? We'll check it before printing and contact you if anything needs fixing.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Our online designer shows a live 3D preview of your product, and for custom jobs we send a digital proof for approval before anything goes to press.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Many items start from as low as 10–25 units. Each product page shows its minimum and quantity price breaks.
Can you help with design?
We don't create designs from scratch, but our team can make minor adjustments during production, things like resizing, color tweaks, or small layout fixes, so your file prints exactly right. Just note what you need when you order.
