At Arcapack, every order is custom produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the type of print job, order quantity, finishing requirements, and approval times.
Production Times
Production begins after:
- Payment has been received
- Print-ready artwork has been submitted
- Any required proofs or mockups have been approved
Typical production times:
- 1–3 business days for standard print jobs
- 3–7 business days for larger or more complex orders
Specialty products, large-volume orders, or additional finishing services may require additional production time.
Rush production may be available depending on workload and product type.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier services across:
- Canada
- Toronto
- Vaughan
- Mississauga
- Brampton
- Markham
- and surrounding areas
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Arcapack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if:
- An incorrect or incomplete address is provided
- A package must be re-shipped
- A shipment is refused or returned
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the damaged products
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will work with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our production facility located in: 101 Doney Crescent, Concord, ON L4K 1P6. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
