Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Cut‑Off Times
- Business hours: Orders are processed Monday – Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Same‑day shipping: Orders containing in‑stock items submitted before 11 a.m. Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 11 a.m., on weekends or on statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom printing products: Orders that include custom printing items require additional production time and will not qualify for same‑day shipping. These orders will be scheduled once the custom items are completed.
2. Local Delivery (GTA)
- Local delivery zone: We deliver to Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, East York, North York, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Concord, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Etobicoke and Mississauga.
- Delivery fees: Orders over $250 (before tax) qualify for free local delivery. For orders below $250, a $45 flat‑rate local delivery fee applies.
- Delivery schedule: Deliveries within the GTA typically occur within 1 business day for in‑stock items. Orders placed before the 11 a.m. cut‑off may qualify for same‑day dispatch; orders placed later will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
3. Pickup Service
- Curbside pickup: Customers may pick up orders at our Vaughan warehouse. There is no retail showroom; orders must be placed online and will be ready for pickup when you receive a confirmation email. Some products may take a few days to arrive at the warehouse if they are not stocked locally.
4. Shipping Outside the GTA
- Carrier shipping: For customers outside the local delivery zone, we ship smaller packages via major parcel carriers such as UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. Bulk packaging items (e.g., large boxes, bubble rolls and other bulky supplies) may require freight services. Shipping charges for orders outside the local delivery zone are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination. Customers will be notified of any additional freight costs before the order is finalized. Residential deliveries to addresses without a loading dock may incur an extra fee for tail‑gate service.
5. Lead Times & Transit
- Ontario destinations: Parcel shipments typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
- Other provinces: Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery. Orders containing custom printing or other non‑stock items may require additional time.
- Custom printing products: Because custom printing products must be produced to your specifications before dispatch, delivery times may extend beyond the standard lead times. Our team will provide an estimated ship date once your custom printing requirements are confirmed.
6. Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Order cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, shipping‑rate calculation errors or extended stockouts. Customers will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
- Refund processing: Refunds are typically processed once per week. If you require a refund sooner, please contact our customer service team.
- Lost or damaged shipments: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if their shipment arrives damaged or incomplete. Deliveries to residential addresses may carry additional risk; customers accept responsibility once the shipment is handed off to the carrier.
